La Casa, Logo & Collateral
La Casa is a branding project completed for a client who wanted to expand their hospitality options at their vacation home. I designed an identity suite with classic New Mexico aesthetic in mind, as well as architectural features from the house as well. Several pieces of collateral were designed with guest-experience in mind.
Pieces of the identity suite for La Casa took direct inspiration from the home’s interior design. The tile in the guest suite bathroom is a classic Decorative Talavera that references Santa Fe’s Spanish heritage.
The process of designing this logo began with understanding it’s intended usage. The branding of this vacation home would add to the well-rounded experience of it’s guests by creating multiple touchpoints that established a “hospitality first” mindset. Set in the foothills north of Santa Fe, the house boasts unparalleled views of the New Mexico mountains. My intention for the logo was to combine the rural beauty, Spanish heritage, and easy-going spirit that defines this city.
